Ceviche Acapluco

- 4 – 6 people
 
Ingredients
- 100 grams red snapper
 - 10 grams sea salt
 - Juice of 4 limes
 - 10 grams red onion – chopped
 - 20 grams tomato – chopped
 - 5 grams serrano pepper – chopped
 - 3 green olives – chopped
 - 30ml Ketchup
 - 10ml Olive Oil
 - 2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
 - 20ml orange soda (Fanta or other)
 
Directions
- Cut fish into small pieces.
 - Add sea salt and lime juice to cook for 10 minutes.
 - Add sauce and serve.
