Ceviche Acapluco

Servings

  • 4 – 6 people

Ingredients

  • 100 grams red snapper
  • 10 grams sea salt
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 10 grams red onion – chopped
  • 20 grams tomato – chopped
  • 5 grams serrano pepper – chopped
  • 3 green olives – chopped
  • 30ml Ketchup
  • 10ml Olive Oil
  • 2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 20ml orange soda (Fanta or other)

Directions

  1. Cut fish into small pieces.
  2. Add sea salt and lime juice to cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add sauce and serve.
